Access training, devices and connectivity, while you’re at Framework
The Digital Inclusion team helps service users by providing accessibility to digital devices and providing you with the skills to use them. Read below to find out what we offer and how you can access it.
You can always contact us directly using the contact form below (and on the top right of every page) or you can attend a digital skills session for in person support.

What Support is Available?

Digital Skill Sessions
We run digital skill sessions to support service users improve their skills and confidence. These are informal drop in sessions, no appointment required, which you can direct your service users to attend. You can contact us to inform us they are attending, to tell us what skills they need support with but this is not required. To find out more about the sessions and where they are hosted click below.

Online Learning Resources
There are many amazing online resources to help you improve your digital skills.
We use these in our support sessions and you can access them and practice them at home.

Access the internet and digital devices while at Framework
Our aim is to make the internet accessible for every Framework service user.
All of our hostels should have kiosks for you to use and if you are in dispersed accommodation we have other solution to help you get online.
Follow the link below for more information.

Connectivity for service users
To access the internet you need connectivity. This can be through WI-FI, broadband or through the phone network.
We can support you to find the best solution so you can access the internet as quickly and as cheaply as possible.
We have limited free data sims for the most vulnerable service users and we can support you to get a social tariff for mobile or your home. (Social tariffs are reduced cost broadband or sims contracts that also can have much shorter contract lengths).
Use the connectivity guide below to learn more.

Get a laptop loan or other digital device
We have a limited number of laptops, phones and tablets which we can allocated directly to service users.
Unfortunately, we need to prioritise their distribution to service users who they will have the maximum impact on.
We aim to support service users who both have low digital skills and who lack devices.
If you have low digital skills and no device you can contact us to request a device. We will then contact your support worker to discuss how we can support you.
